Continue with Cintram One to keep working. If you don't, nothing is deleted: you can still open and export everything, but you can't make changes until you continue. Need a little longer? You can extend the trial once, by seven days, from your Billing page.

Yes. Cancel from your Billing page and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, monthly or yearly, you get a full refund. After that, yearly plans aren't refunded for the months left. Our Refund Policy has the details.

Yes. Moving to yearly takes effect straight away, with what's left of your month credited. Moving to monthly takes effect at your yearly renewal. Your users, contacts and storage come with you.

Every person saved in your contacts: leads, clients, and past clients. Archived contacts don't count, so archiving someone you no longer work with frees room without deleting their history.

Yes. Export them as a CSV file from the tool you use now and import it into Cintram. You match its columns to Cintram's fields and see a preview before anything is saved. Companies import the same way.

No, never. The clients you invite get a free login to your portal, which shows your business name and logo, and they set their own password. Paying an invoice from its link or booking from your booking page needs no sign-in at all.
