1. Introduction
Cintram respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), which provides recourse for copyright owners who believe that material appearing online infringes their rights under U.S. copyright law.
This DMCA Policy applies to copyright infringement claims only. For other legal complaints, please contact us at [email protected].
Your use of our Services is also subject to our Terms of Service, which prohibit uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others. Nothing in this policy limits our ability to remove content or suspend accounts for violations of our Terms of Service or applicable law.
2. Notice of Alleged Infringement ("DMCA Notice")
If you believe content on Cintram infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, including title, author, and registration number if available.
- Identification of the infringing material with a direct link or clear description so we can locate it.
- Your contact information: full name, address, phone number, and email.
- A good faith statement that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Notices that do not include all required information may be ineffective, and we may request additional information before taking action.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, Cintram will review it and respond in accordance with the DMCA. We will act expeditiously to:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify the user who posted the content of the removal or disabling of access.
- Provide the opportunity for counter-notification if the user believes the material was removed in error.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe content you posted was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your written counter-notification must include:
- Your full name, address, phone number, and email.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith that the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which Cintram may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA Notice or their agent.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not notify us within 10 to 14 business days that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity, we may restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it in accordance with the DMCA.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
Cintram maintains a policy for terminating users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others may be suspended or terminated, and we reserve the right to take additional action as appropriate.
Nothing in this policy limits our ability to remove content or suspend accounts for violations of our Terms of Service or applicable law.
6. Misrepresentations in DMCA Notices
Under Section 512(f) of the Copyright Act, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
7. Accommodation of Standard Technical Measures
Cintram accommodates and does not interfere with standard technical measures used by copyright owners to identify or protect copyrighted works, as required under the DMCA.
